Direct-pressed apple juice from «Longo mai» - Ukrainian producer of 100% natural juices, free from chemical additives and sugar, exclusively from ancient local apple varieties of Transcarpathia.
Longo maї direct-pressed apple juice is produced in Transcarpathia, in the village of Nyzhne Selyshche, Khust district. The raw material for the juice is hand-picked by our team and consists only of ripe, high-quality apples of local varieties such as Ferkovnya (Pepin Shafran), Glanerka, Jonathan and others, which grow in favourable climatic conditions and are not exposed to any negative influences from industry or humans. The juice is pressed and pasteurized using Austrian VORAN technology, which allows for thorough crushing and pressing of the juice, followed by heating to no more than 75 degrees. Thanks to this, the juice retains its fresh taste as much as possible and has a pleasant sweet taste with a noticeable sourness, which actually contributes to the process of storing the finished juice in glass bottles for 24 months. Directly pressed apple juice is a highly regional product that has an excellent effect on the digestive system, liver and stomach. Frequent consumption of apple juice can improve the condition of hair, nails and skin. It contains beneficial elements such as phosphorus, copper, sodium, folic acid, magnesium, biotin, pectin and other beneficial elements. Unlightened apple juice is rich in iron, making it beneficial for people with iron deficiency anemia. It also contains high levels of potassium and boron, an element that strengthens bones. It tastes good as a full-fledged drink, as well as an ingredient in other dishes and in combination with spring or sparkling water.
