Cream honey is a natural product obtained from liquid honey by long-term mixing, using special equipment and observing the temperature regime. As a result, we get a uniform, delicate creamy texture that does not change for a long time. What is most important is that this process does not change the beneficial properties of honey, but also allows you to enhance them by adding berries, fruits and other ingredients. Currants are considered a source of useful substances and vitamins, because their berries contain vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B9, D, E, K, P, A, organic and phosphoric acids, essential oil, iron and potassium.
And when berries are mixed with natural honey, the latter contributes to the complete absorption of all useful substances, doubles the medicinal properties of currants and simply makes such a dessert sweeter.
Cream-honey can be spread on bread, cookies or buns, added to other desserts or baked goods, with tea, coffee, or simply eaten with a spoon.
