If it is winter outside and the season for fresh peppers is over, and you want something to warm you from the inside at lunch or dinner, dried habaneros in olive oil will come in handy.
The peppers themselves can be used in cooking as a spicy seasoning, cut into small pieces.
The oil, which has absorbed all the aromas of the habanero, can be used to cook meat and vegetables on the grill or in a pan, as a dressing for salads, it can also be sprinkled on pizza or dipped in boiled krill.
