Barska ceramics represent a renowned folk craft from the town of Bar in the Podillia region.

In the 19th century, Bar was a major center for pottery; its wares were celebrated for their elegance, distinctive white background, and graphic style. The craft's most recognizable features include "horn" painting (applying slip via a small horn-shaped vessel) and "flanking" (blending colors), creating a harmonious combination of white, green, ochre-yellow, and brown tones.

Made from natural, eco-friendly clay and finished with a safe glaze, this piece is perfect for daily use and for serving hot or cold dishes.

What do the symbols mean?
