Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is a 100% monovarietal premium Arabica from the legendary high-mountain region of Irgacheffe in Ethiopia. This variety is rightly called the "champagne" of coffee due to its light, delicate and refined taste profile. Thanks to the wet processing of the grain and light-medium roasting, the full delicate potential of the Ethiopian terroir is revealed in the cup: juicy fruitiness, elegant wine undertones and a mesmerizing floral trail.

Preparation method:

• Open the protective bag and tear off the top of the drip along the perforation.
• Spread the side paper holders and fix the bag on the edges of the cup.
• Slowly pour hot water (90–95°C) in 2–3 approaches (total volume - 150–180 ml).
• Wait until the coffee is completely filtered, remove the drip bag and enjoy the aromatic drink!
