Aroma: rich and multi-layered: the sweetness of dried apricots, quince, caramelized apples, the freshness of grapefruit, delicate shades of linden, chamomile and honey. The composition is completed by spicy and nutty nuances, adding depth and sophistication.
Taste: rich, structured, with soft tannins, well-balanced acidity and a long aftertaste. Citrus shades are revealed at first, followed by a light tartness of nuts and tea, and the finale gives honey softness with a slight bitter.
