The dry red wine EL Capitan Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is an expressive, deep red wine with persistent tannins, a long aftertaste and high aging potential.
Bouquet: A sophisticated bouquet of notes of blackcurrant, cherry and ripe plum, delicately intertwined with shades of tobacco, spices and noble oak.
Taste: Dense body with velvety tannins, a long aftertaste, revealed by the depth of berry notes and nuances of spices.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels with further aging in the bottle. Has the potential for aging in the bottle.
