EL Capitan Reserve Merlot 2021 dry red wine is an exquisite, elegant wine with a rich body, soft tannins and deep berry character.
Bouquet: A multifaceted bouquet of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries with hints of wild plum, vanilla, spices and sapian leather.
Taste: Elegant structure with a rich body, silky tannins and juicy berry-fruit texture.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels with further bottle aging. Has the potential for bottle aging.
