Fruit candies pastila from the craft Ukrainian manufacturer "Gordiy garden" are natural sweets made from ripe cherries and apple puree. Thanks to the whipping of the fruit mass before drying, the pastila has a unique porous structure, soft and tender, like a marshmallow. It is easy to bite and melts in the mouth, which radically distinguishes it from the classic dense or rubber pastila.

All fruits are grown in Gordiy Garden's own garden. Every stage is controlled: from harvesting at the peak of ripeness to careful drying at low temperatures, which preserves a maximum of vitamins. The rich sweet taste of cherries is balanced by light apple acidity and a small amount of sugar, which helps maintain the lush "marshmallow" shape.
