"The goal of our product was: to create a product with its own name, "Frankivsk honey cake", which would eventually become the hallmark of Ivano-Frankivsk and our region (following the example of "Kyiv cake, Tula gingerbread, Riga balsam", etc. .
In our product, we sought to achieve an individual taste and appearance that would be different from similar products. And we hope that we succeeded. Packaging, logo and presentation of the product are also our development. And since we are a region associated with good ecology, we fundamentally use natural dyes made by us based on berries, spices, cocoa and other natural non-chemical components to decorate our cakes. Also, we do not use margarine in principle. Our pastries are based on butter and natural honey. We hope that our products will be interesting for guests and tourists of Prykarpattia and will eventually become a business card of our region. Very good feedback from people who bought and tasted our "Honey Tortilla" gives us hope that we are on the right path and gives us the desire to develop."
