"My name is Angela and I can't help but create. This is an extension of me, my world, where I can always hide and enjoy the peace within myself. I suspect that I inherited this passion from my father, who worked in construction during the day and sat down at the sewing room in the evening machine or made baskets from vines.

The story of Other Knots began with macrame. She created a panel in the bedroom, then in the living room, and when the empty walls in the apartment ran out, she started working on orders.

Then there was a big break, because this is my hobby and my main job.

But at some point I realized that I miss this meditative process. I drew a pattern for morning coffee and wanted to reproduce it in a new, as yet unknown to me, form. Dozens of watched videos, many hours of attempts with a hook in hand, and my first, small panel appeared, which set the vector of movement of my creativity."
