Pastila is a dried fruit puree with a small addition of sugar for even greater disclosure of the taste. The fruits are processed by hand and mashed into puree. All waste is removed, boiling small seeds. Therefore, the pastila turns out to be so tender and smooth. Thanks to drying at low temperatures, the pastila retains all the beneficial properties of the fruit, the taste remains juicy, and the smell is fragrant.

On average, the pastila is dried 8 times. That is, 50 g of pastila contains as many vitamins and trace elements as 400 g of fresh fruits or berries.
