Food set with craft cheeses and sausages "10 Tastes of Bessarabia" from craft producers of Southern Ukraine "Taste of the South".

What's in the set:

• 1 jar 330g with sheep's cheese in olive oil with Bessarabian herbs [ savory, fenugreek, dill, green onions and green garlic, sweet paprika ] . Spicy cheese made from Bessarabian sheep's milk is perfect as a standalone snack or an addition to your salad/shakshuka/omelette. We recommend adding the oil to bread or using it as a salad dressing.
• 2 Odessa cheese ~200g . Classic semi-hard with a delicate creamy taste. In the morning with honey with coffee, in the evening with a glass of white wine
• 3 Vel-Dal with fenugreek 3 months of maturation ~200g . Semi-hard cheese with a nutty flavor and aroma of fresh hay . A great pair with sweet pear or fig .
• 4 Aged Vel-Dal with tomatoes 12 months of aging ~200g . Hard cheese with a deep flavor and a crumbly texture with protein crystals . Ideal for grating into a paste / in small pieces to a red dry .
• 5 Beef Sudzhuk 100g The main accent is the pure taste of dried meat, which is often compared to basturma, but with a more pronounced fatty shade.
• 6 Bulgarian Karnak 150g - a traditional Bulgarian raw-cured sausage, which is a close relative of Sudzhuk, but has its own taste characteristics. The main role in the taste is played by Bulgarian savory (saber), which gives a herbal, slightly bitter aroma, the taste is complemented by paprika (sweet and spicy), which creates a piquant taste, but without excessive pungency.
• 7 Beef and pork dry sausage 80g - a Balkan delicacy, which is a dried meat, spicy thanks to the use of traditional Balkan spices and salt.
• 8 Beef wine sticks 100g - a modern meat snack, which in format resembles thin sausages-kabanos, but has a more refined "gastronomic" profile. They are developed specifically as a complement to wine, so the taste is balanced so as not to interrupt the bouquet of the drink.

Spices:

• 9 Chukan pepper 25g . Homemade pepper dried in the sun, and then in a warm oven. Goes well with meat, grilled vegetables or as a base for the most delicious Bessarabian dressing: unrefined oil + garlic + salt and chukan pepper. Just try it once. Especially on new potatoes.
• 10 Chiyshiyska mirudiya 25g amazing bestseller from the village of Chiyshiy, Bolgrad district, a universal spice. Tastes just like bread with butter/eggs/omelette, and with fish and meat dishes or vegetable stews.
