Ukrainian Parmino is a farm-aged cheese made from sheep's milk from French Lacon sheep, made using classical technology.
The minimum ripening period is 90 days. The cheese has a dense and at the same time delicate structure and a light yellow color. Depending on the ripening period, the taste of the cheese ranges from delicate soft to rich. Ukrainian Parmino leaves a characteristic pleasant flavor after consumption.
Weight: 230-250 grams. Each piece of cheese is cut by hand, so an error of +- 20 grams is possible
Ingredients: sheep's milk, starter culture made from pure cultures of lactic acid microorganisms, microbial enzyme preparation, table salt.
Fat mass fraction in dry matter: 45%.
