Hutsul sheep bryndza is made from whole milk of sheep that graze on the mountain meadows of Transcarpathia.
It tastes good as a seasoning for light salads, our signature pasta, fried meat, dumplings, as well as for authentic dishes of Hutsul gastronomy.
It has a sweet aroma of milk and a pronounced salty taste with notes of fragrant red paprika
Ingredients: Whole sheep's milk, rennet, seasoned salt, paprika.
