General recommendations for the use of essential oils:
Before starting to use essential oil, it is necessary to conduct a test for the absence of an allergic reaction. Mix 1 drop of essential oil with 1/3 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply to the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear. Apply 2-3 drops of essential oil on a sponge and inhale periodically throughout the day. The use of the tested oil is possible if after 12 hours there is no allergic reaction on the skin, headache, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, swelling of the face.

- Do not use internally.
- Be sure to follow the recommended doses. For children and the elderly, the recommended dose is 1/4 - 1/3 of the adult dose indicated in the instructions.

Application and dosage:

Inhalation:
