Blanc de blancs Extra brut white aged 17-18 years - natural wine from the Ukrainian "Winery of Prince P.M. Trubetsky"

The wine is made according to the classical technology of champagne in the bottle, from hand-picked grapes. The first fermentation is carried out on a pure yeast culture at a controlled temperature. Re-fermentation takes place directly in the bottle in the historic cellars of the winery. Aging on the lees lasts 24 months. Remouage and disgorgement is done manually. A soft, elegant sparkling wine with a fresh, mineral taste will be an excellent accompaniment to complex seafood and oyster dishes. It is recommended to use at a temperature of 6-8 ° C.
