Lay Bottle is a family workshop of Vasyl and Veronika, which makes tableware and decor from used glass bottles.
The idea of creation came to the artists during the quarantine. It was supposed to be modern art, which would at the same time raise the issue of actual problems, in particular the sorting of garbage on the territory of Transcarpathia. The workshop accepts all bottles from institutions and residents of the region. Then they are carefully washed from the labels and baked in special ovens at a temperature of 720 to 860 degrees.
In this way, bottles are transformed into plates, lamps, glasses, goblets, candlesticks, glasses, Christmas tree ornaments, Easter eggs, etc. Vasyl is a graphic artist by education, so at the request of customers, he can put a personal inscription on the plate, or draw an author's image.
Continues the eco-concept and packaging. All products are placed in cardboard boxes, which are filled with hay and wildflowers from the Carpathian meadows, and are also signed by hand.
