Sublimated raspberry LYO to GO retains 95% of its volume, shape, nutritional properties thanks to the sublimation process, during which the moisture released from the product under the influence of low temperatures does not damage the bonds in molecules, which in turn allows to reduce the weight by almost 10 times with a constant volume of the product.
Sublimated raspberries have become widely used among confectioners and cooks, who use both the whole berry and its derivatives (semolina, pieces, powder).
Raspberries are rich in vitamins C, K and B6. Raspberries contain micro and macro elements important for the body, such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, thiamin, folic acid.
