Chef-povar cast iron pork, 500 g from the Ukrainian craft producer "Chef-povar"
This is a ready-made dish, stewed meat.
But it is not simple like a stew, but stewed in a cast iron pot with onions and spices for three hours.
After this process, only meat (small pieces and part broken down into fibers) without skins, gristles and bones enters the can.
