A set of waxed eco-napkins "Santa Clauses", standard from the Ukrainian craft brand «Voshchanka».

The set of eco-napkins "Standard" consists of 3 soaked napkins in the following sizes:

L - 33x33 cm

M - 25x25 cm

S - 20x20 cm

Ingredients: natural cotton fabric, natural beeswax, jojoba oil and pine resin.

How to use: Wrap the product or vessel (bowl, for example) with wax, press the edges to give the desired shape. For a more hermetic wrapping, you can rub the wax so that it warms up from the warmth of your hands and becomes more pliable and elastic

Care: eco-waxing - reusable wrap. It can be washed under cool running water (up to 36 degrees) with a detergent, like a plate, on a sponge. Hang it so that the water runs off (avoiding warm places), and when it dries, use it again.

Duration of use: up to 12 months and more. The expiration date is indicated by the loss of stickiness of the wax napkin and the thinning of the wax coating layer.

Disposal: The wrapper is compostable.

Voshchanka is a reusable ecological wrapper (replacement for cling film).

Thanks to the unique impregnation formula, the wax does not stick to dishes, products, or hands - but only to itself. Its edges are glued together from the heat of the hand - thus sealing any product or bowl with products.

In waxed paper, products do not rot, do not get windy, do not dry out, but on the contrary, they breathe and stay fresh much longer!

After all, beeswax is a unique liquid that preserves and allows products to breathe at the same time. This is how small bees, sealed with wax in the combs, are grown.

Antibacterial effect of wax wrap:

In 2017, scientists Christel Pinto, Jaroslav Pankowski and Francis Neno conducted a study on the antibacterial effect of wax wrapping for the "Journal of Microbiology, Biotechnology and Food Sciences" and found that wax wrapping is able to suppress the activity of bacterial microflora that affects food products by reducing the number and activity bacterial cells. This means that the wax wrap prevents the growth of pathogenic microflora and inhibits food spoilage, thus helping to prevent the formation of food waste from prematurely spoiled products.
