Naddnipryansk white vintage - natural wine from the Ukrainian "Winery of Prince P.M. Trubetsky"
Taste: pleasant and fresh, filled with citrus-fruit notes and a slightly salty aftertaste. Color: straw-yellow. Aroma: explosive, reveals classic benzene notes, tones of white flowers, nectarine, yuzu, pomelo and lime. Gastronomy: good to serve with white fish and seafood, ideal as an aperitif. Pearl of the farm's vintage collection - Kniaz Trubetskyi Naddniprianske. A wine that has absorbed all the love of the southern region. Riesling vines are spread over the picturesque slopes of the Kakhovsky Reservoir and are grown with care and caution. After manual picking and de-stemming, the berries were subjected to gentle pressing and vinification in steel containers under full temperature control. For fermentation, the wort went for 18 months in French oak barrels in the cellar of the winery. This wine is the best representative of aged Riesling with a recognizable aroma and taste.
