Pinot Blanc select white ordinary 20 years - natural wine from the Ukrainian "Winery of Prince P.M. Trubetsky"

Gastronomy : goes well with vegetable salads and fish dishes.

Pinot Blanc berries are collected and sorted exclusively by hand. Grapes are quickly delivered to the factory, which allows for minimal contact of the berries with oxygen. Cold maceration lasts up to six hours. The fermentation process takes place in steel tanks. After the end of the fermentation process, the wine is aged on fine yeast sediment for two months. Before going on sale, the wine rests for a month in the bottle. Pinot Blanc is an incredibly fresh and aromatic wine. A beautiful bouquet reveals notes of fruit, citrus, peach. This is a universal wine, both for a large company and for solo consumption.
