Eco-farm "Rosenthal" began its work on April 27, 2019, as a small local cheese factory, whose name comes from the history associated with the Jewish family Rosenthal, who at the beginning of the 20th century founded two boarding houses and a water clinic in Kvasy, which was known not only in these places, but also outside the country.
Produces matured hard, young and yogurt cheeses from the milk of cows of residents of Yasinyansk TG, as well as Holstein cows; milk from Zaanen goats, Carpathian sheep and French Lacon breed. Cows, goats, and sheep graze on the vast mountain meadows, making the milk high in fat and perfect for cheese production. The conditions of the high-altitude Carpathian meadows are created by nature itself, they are less rocky than the Alps and more gentle, and the composition of the grass contains many useful elements for the fodder needs of livestock.
