Grape juice is fermented at a temperature of up to 15 ° C in vertical heat-insulated containers on a pure yeast culture of leading European producers specifically for the Chardonnay grape variety. After fermentation, the wine is removed from the yeast sediment and sent for aging. Aging is carried out in cellars at a temperature of 10 to 15 °C in new French oak barrels for at least six months.
