Sauce "Wild Apple" is a handcrafted gourmet sauce made from apples with a subtle touch of horseradish and Dijon mustard. Inspired by traditional Austrian and German sausage sauces, but more versatile in everyday use.
Perfect with meat, sausages, eggs, cheese, cold cuts or simply spread on dark bread. The taste is aromatic, mildly spicy and well balanced between sweetness and tang.
Ingredients: apples, horseradish, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic, black pepper, hot curry, coriander, turmeric, spices.
