"Fialkova Ferma is not just sauces. It is the taste of life that has endured!
My name is Anna. Before the war, I was an economist at the Institute of Prosthetics, a stable job, together with my husband and little daughter we lived in a house we built ourselves in Kharkiv. And then, with the arrival of the enemy on our land, we had to leave everything behind — our home, our usual life, our confidence. My family and I moved to a village, where we started from scratch and with the available resources.
The first impetus for change was given by the women's project to support entrepreneurs "Kryla". It was there that the idea of ​​making jam appeared — simple, homemade, as an attempt to hold on to life. And only then, step by step, sauces appeared — unusual, bold, with character. It took me a year and a half of searching, experiments, fairs and feedback to understand: this is it — mine.
Today, Fialkova Ferma is a small craft production that operates on my parents' plot. I grow some of the raw materials myself - without chemicals, with care and the use of biological products, and the rest I carefully select from already proven and reliable local farmers.
In each jar - berry and vegetable combinations, spices, the warmth of hands and a taste that is not afraid to be different.
I do everything myself - from recipes and processing of ingredients to label design and Instagram post.

This is not just a business. This is my way of living, giving thanks, holding on and sharing.
