Tomariyaki Noir is a dark, bold version of the classic Tomariyaki sauce with the addition of cocoa. Thick, sweet-spicy and complex, with a deep layered flavor and a subtle bitter note in the aftertaste.

Perfect for noodles, rice, mushrooms, meat and roasted vegetables. Brutal, with character.
