Relish is a sauce consisting of finely chopped vegetables or fruits that are marinated in a mixture of spices, sugar and vinegar. It originates from India, but has become popular all over the world, especially in North America and the UK. The most common type is cucumber relish, which is often used in hot dogs, hamburgers, tacos, pita and other dishes. It can also be an addition as an ingredient for salads, for example, with tuna, chicken or pasta, an addition to meat dishes, fish, potatoes, garnishes.

Ingredients: cucumbers, white granulated sugar, sweet pepper, onion, table vinegar, apple cider vinegar, rock salt, mustard seeds, turmeric, celery, hot pepper (Jalapeno variety), corn starch, xanthan gum.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature of 0⁰С to 25⁰С and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Protect from direct sunlight
