Hot peppers are a mandatory ingredient of TM "Zapalnichka" sauces, produced according to our own recipe.

More than ten varieties of hot peppers are used, including the world-famous Nabanero, Halapeno, Trinidad Scorpion, several varieties of Chilli, Aji Charapita, as well as Ukrainian hot peppers. The ingredients for sauces, seasonings, spices TM "Zapalnichka" are grown on the family farm or purchased from local farmers. Sauces are made either by the method of salting, as was done in ancient times in order to preserve products, or made on the basis of fermented peppers, that is, fermented in oak casks.

TM "Zapalnychka" (city of Zaporizhzhya) is a permanent participant of craft festivals and fairs.
