It is made from the world-famous Habanero pepper with the addition of Japanese quince and garlic, which ferments (ferments) in an oak cask (tub) for 2 months.
At the end of fermentation, apple vinegar is added.
It is added to meat dishes, jello, fried potatoes, seltzer, as well as to fast food dishes. A few drops will add piquancy to your pizza.
It is recommended to start with a few drops!!!
