Ways of payment for goods:
By bank card online - at the stage of placing an order, choose the method of payment by bank card Visa and MasterCard without commission. Payment is possible only with cards issued on the territory of Ukraine. You will be redirected to a secure page where you need to enter your card data: number on the front of the card, the validity period of the card, first and last name in Latin letters as on the card, CVV/CVC code - 3 numbers indicated on the back of the card. Depending on the security settings of your bank, you may additionally enter a payment confirmation code, which will be sent by your bank in the form of an SMS or a message in the app. A check is issued at the time of payment.
Payment by invoice - payment is made on the basis of the invoice (settlement document) of the Seller. Payment by non-cash settlement for individuals and legal entities. After making an order, the store manager will send you an invoice by e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank department or from a current account. If you choose a non-cash payment method, the order is delivered after the funds have been deposited into our account. A package of all necessary accounting documents is provided together with the product.
Payment upon delivery - payment is made in cash to the courier or at the point of delivery of the goods. A check is issued at the time of payment.
By card upon delivery - payment is made by card to the courier or at the delivery point. A check is issued at the time of payment.
Methods of delivery of goods:
Self-pickup - the Buyer pick up the goods from the Seller's warehouse at the address: str. Shevchenko, building 23, Uman city, Cherkasy region, Ukraine (road map). The pickup service is free. It is necessary to contact the Seller in advance to agree on the time of the visit.
Delivery to the Nova Poshta office (Ukraine) - the order will be delivered to the Nova Poshta office within 1-5 working days. After sending the order, the Seller sends a letter to the e-mail address specified by you in the order, and "Nova Poshta" sends an SMS or push message with the TTN number and estimated delivery date. The buyer pays the delivery cost when receiving the order at the post office according to the current tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" company. Free storage of the shipment for 7 calendar days, for storage from the 8th calendar day, an additional fee is charged according to the service tariffs. The service operates in the territory of Ukraine.
Courier delivery (Ukraine) - the order will be delivered by the "Nova Poshta" courier to the address specified by the Buyer within 1-5 working days. After sending the order, the Seller sends a letter to the e-mail address specified by you in the order, and "Nova Poshta" sends an SMS or push message with the TTN number and estimated delivery date. Before delivery of the order, the "Nova Poshta" Courier will contact the Buyer to agree on the delivery time. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer upon delivery of the order to the courier according to the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" company. Free shipment storage - within 7 calendar days. The service operates in the territory of Ukraine.
