3. The freshness of the products is guaranteed by direct deliveries from manufacturers with compliance with the temperature conditions during product transportation, the goods arrive quickly and according to a clear schedule.
4. We insure all shipments for their value, so we take care of their complete delivery.

Return conditions
For products of the product group
Reimbursement for goods is possible upon confirmation of spoilage or damage of the goods.
WARNING! Reimbursement for food products is possible only in case of spoilage, or damage during the delivery period!
Carefully check the goods when you receive them from the courier!
Food products are kept in the post offices of Nova Poshta for a 5 days maximum.
Please be on time to receive your order. Otherwise, we will be forced to return the goods.
For goods not of the product group
Goods of good quality, for which returns and exchanges are allowed, can be returned within 14 days after receipt by the buyer if the goods have not been used and have no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, stains, etc.; the product is fully assembled and the craft packaging has been preserved; the product has retained its marketable appearance and consumer properties.
The exchange/return of the product is carried out on the condition that there is an electronic fiscal receipt, which confirms the payment of the given product and the order number.
In case of return of goods by courier service, delivery of the goods is paid for by the buyer.
