Goods are shipped from several warehouses.
Tse Kraft warehouse - we have a large warehouse of goods from different manufacturers, so when ordering goods with the label “Tse Kraft warehouse”, you will receive one parcel with all the selected goods (exceptions are discussed by the administrator).
To choose goods exclusively from the Tse Kraft warehouse, select the appropriate label or select the “Tse Kraft” checkbox in the “Sending from the warehouse” filter in each section of the catalog (filters are hidden on mobile phone screens, on computer screens - on the left).
Other warehouses are shipped from the manufacturer. Such goods are shipped directly from manufacturers because they can be made to order or have specific storage conditions.
Please note: If your cart contains products from different manufacturers and without the label “Warehouse This is Craft”, your order will be delivered in several parcels. In this case, our manager will agree on the delivery time and number of parcels with you.
