Made from the Bhut Jolokia Caramel pepper variety (up to 1,000,000 units on the Scoville scale).
Jolokia sauce is an excessively spicy and aromatic sauce. The light aroma of smoke, juniper berries and Sichuan pepper add flavor to barbecue dishes and juicy steaks.
The dose of the sauce must be controlled individually, because until 2007, Bhut Jolokia was still one of the hottest peppers.
Ingredients: Hot pepper (Bhut Jolokia caramel variety), table vinegar 9%, drinking water, onion, granulated sugar, garlic, rock salt, juniper berries, Sichuan pepper.
Storage conditions: store at temperatures from 0⁰С to 25⁰С and relative air humidity of no more than 75%. Protect from direct sunlight
After first opening, store at temperatures from 0⁰С to 6⁰С
Taste: Excessively spicy, with a slight aroma of smoke and juniper.
