This is a sauce in which the sweetness of pear and honey prevails, and the habanero pepper gives it piquancy.

Ingredients: pear, white vinegar 9%, drinking water, Habanero pepper (spiciness 320,000 units on the Scoville scale), onion, honey, garlic, ginger, olive oil, rock salt, cumin.

Storage conditions: store at temperatures from 0⁰С to 25⁰С and relative air humidity of no more than 75%. Protect from direct sunlight

After first opening, store at temperatures from 0⁰С to 6⁰С
