TM "Zapalnychka" tries to preserve the authenticity of the recipe for making adjika, so it makes it as it was many years ago, by mixing fresh hot red peppers, garlic, herbs and salt.
Not amenable to heat treatment.
Does not contain tomatoes and sweet peppers.
Used with meat dishes.
Adding a small amount to the first and second courses (borscht, kharcho soup, pilaf, etc.) will make their taste more aromatic and piquant.
If necessary, you can quickly make a satzebelli sauce by adding adjika to the tomato paste. The spiciness of the sauce will depend on the amount of adjika.
In moderate quantities, it can serve as a marinade for barbecue.
Ingredients: hot red pepper (up to 20,000 units on the Scoville scale), garlic, greens (parsley, basil, cilantro, dill, savory), salt, suneli hops, coriander.
