Made according to an authentic recipe by mixing fresh hot green peppers, walnuts, herbs and salt.
This fresh seasoning contains the most ingredients, so it has a unique aroma, the highlight of which is walnut.
Not amenable to heat treatment.
Does not contain tomatoes and sweet peppers.
Used with meat dishes, also added to first and second courses as a seasoning.
In moderate quantities, it can serve as a marinade for barbecue.
Ingredients: hot green pepper (up to 20,000 units on the Scoville scale), garlic, greens (parsley, basil, cilantro, dill, savory), salt, walnut, suneli hops, coriander.
