The sauce uses baked and slightly smoked habanero fruits, and to further emphasize the fruity notes that distinguish habanero from other peppers, pear and Japanese quince are added. The correct thing to say about habanero is not "with it it tastes...", but after it everything is delicious.

Ingredients: Hot Habanero pepper (spiciness 320,000 units according to the Scoville scale), white vinegar 9%, sugar, pear, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar 6%, Japanese quince, salt, ginger.< /p>
Storage conditions: store at temperatures from 0⁰С to 25⁰С and relative air humidity of no more than 75%. Protect from direct sunlight.
After first opening, store at temperatures from 0⁰С to 6⁰С.
