It is made from the world-famous Habanero, Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion peppers.
During 2 months, the sauce ferments (ferments) in an oak kadib (vat).
At the end of fermentation, apple vinegar is added.
It is added to meat dishes, jello, fried potatoes, seltzer, as well as to fast food dishes.
A few drops will spice up your pizza.
It is recommended to use starting with a few drops!!!
Ingredients: Hot habanero pepper (up to 350,000 units on the Scoville scale), apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt.
Taste: Excessively hot thanks to Habanero peppers, Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion with a pleasant acidity characteristic of fermentation products
