Blue tea "Ukrainian anchan inflorescence", 20 g from the Ukrainian hub of the collection of products of Carpathian producers "To Ta Torba"
Blue tea is a Ukrainianized version of Anchan tea. The superpower of blue tea: mallow pigment works wonders in a cup.
First, the tea becomes blue-blue.
Then it turns green.
And if you drop a lemon in the tea, it will turn pink-pink.
And if you add a stamen of saffron, it will turn into a bright, bright green ether.
The honey-floral smell of tea will definitely hit your soul, because it consists of 100% flower buds.
Blue tea is loved for its performance — the procedure of steaming flowers. This is art! Watch how they secrete a blue pigment into the water, and a drop of lemon turns the blue-blue ether bright pink. With such antics, you will surprise not only guests, but even your mother-in-law.
What does blue tea taste like?
The taste is barely perceptible, but quite specific. Anchan is loved in the countries of the East because of its lightness and high-quality thirst quenching.
