Everything starts with milk from the cows that graze in the hills.
From it we cook Budz cheese, which we dry and grind with a grinder into Bryndzu.
Furthermore, our grandfathers stored cheese in Berbynytsy, so they had something to eat through the winter, and we found a puff pastry shape that is also convenient to stuff and let you feel the top with Hutsuls
The density of the stuffing guarantees that the brinjy will stand and will only gain flavor for a year, so that the smoke will blow under your nose.
