The weight of the pieces is about 250-300 grams, it may vary slightly in weight.
The true taste of this cheese is revealed when frying: 3-5 minutes on a frying pan, grill or barbecue and the cheese is covered with a ruddy, golden crust.
The cheese warms up and becomes soft.
