Capra cheese from Ukrainian craft production "Rosenthal".
Aged hard cheese from the milk of goats of the Zaanen breed. A spicy, creamy taste with notes of herbs, which is the result of a balanced diet and free grazing of livestock.
The cheese is additionally covered with turmeric, and tastes good with vegetable salads, freshly baked bread, aged red wine
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, sourdough, noble mold, spices.
GMO free.
Shelf life: 90 days at a temperature from +1 to +5 °C.
The product is portioned (200 g +/- 10%), vacuumed, possible weight deviation +/- 10%
