Hard cow's cheese is made according to the classic Gouda recipe. Aged for 3 months or more.
The taste is creamy with sourness aged cheeses, rich. It will go well with white and red wines or your dishes and just by itself if you like hard cheeses.
Weight 300 +/- 35 grams. Due to the fact that the cheese is hard and cut by hand, it may differ slightly in weight.
