Description

Aged Pecorino Ukrainian sheep cheese is a farm-aged, pressed cheese made from sheep's milk from French Lacon sheep.

It is made with small heads of 18-22 cm. The aroma and taste intensify during the ripening process. The older the cheese, the better its taste and aroma. When served, it is accompanied by grapes, nuts, honey and wine.

Aged sheep's milk cheese is richer in vitamins and minerals than cow's milk cheese; it doesn't cause stomach discomfort thanks to its A2 protein and lack of lactose, and provides maximum health benefits even in small amounts.
