Craft jam from pine cones with vanilla is prepared from young pine cones 1.5-3 cm in size, collected in ecologically clean zones in the Poltava region.
It has a pleasant pine aroma, and a sweet, slightly astringent taste, sometimes with a slight bitterness.
The jam is extremely fragrant, useful and tasty.
From ancient times to the present, such jam is used to treat colds, and prolonged dry coughs, is added to tea, and is also used as a sauce for fowl.
