When choosing grapes for Grand Admiral still wines, the entire process of grape growth and ripening is strictly controlled: from 1.6 to 3 kg of berries remain on the vine, which allows us to achieve the maximum balance of bouquet and taste in our wines. Oak barriques of the famous French brand Seguin Moreau are used for 24 months of aging of still wines. After aging in oak barrels, winemakers create an original blend and bottle the wine for further aging, and only after that the wines are offered for sale to discerning buyers and collectors.
