Grated cocoa is one of the main products of the confectionery industry and the main ingredient of our favorite chocolate candies. It is also used in home cooking to make desserts and sweets.
What is grated cocoa? It is the starting material for making chocolate wood and chocolate fruit oil. In production, whole cocoa beans are first roasted and then ground on special stone mills for at least 48 hours. The result is 100% natural bitter chocolate with a very bright, rich taste.
Raw materials that have not gone into powder production are carefully cleaned of extraneous substances (the quality of the final result directly dep
s on this). After cleaning, they are sent to confectionery industrial enterprises, and the rest is compressed, forming blocks of bitter chocolate without additional impurities. To make milk or white, the appropriate ingredients are added according to the recipe.
