It was the transformation of the idea of "making a quality product for yourself and friends" into the idea of "sharing it with everyone who feels the need and value of this product."

What is the best way to squeeze oils? What equipment can be used to implement the idea of preserving all natural components in the final product? How to make paste from nuts and seeds without heat treatment and pasteurization? How to properly store the product and deliver it to the buyer?
Answers to these questions were found at many thematic seminars, exhibitions, trainings, in random and non-random meetings with interesting people, authorities in the field of healthy nutrition. One of them is Kai Kühnel, a well-known naturopath in Germany. He invented an enzyme-saving method of oil production. They learned the secrets and subtleties of the production of "living" oils directly from him. It was his method and his "philosophy" of attitude towards the product that were chosen as the Ecolia production technology.

The company "Ekolia" itself was born out of friendship with another company with a similar focus - the Swiss company "Soyana" soyana.ch. Soyana specializes in the development and production of high-quality, ecologically clean food products for vegans, thanks to which you can completely and painlessly abandon all products of animal origin.
The head of this enterprise, Abarita Dantser, inspired us to start a new business in the field of health food production with her knowledge and life position. Since then, the friendship with the "Soyana" enterprise has been strengthening and developing. She taught a high standard of quality of manufactured products and constant search in creativity and development of new products.
